All our chefs have been taught the traditional methods of preparing Thai cuisine, and have worked in authentic Thai restaurants throughout Thailand, using traditional techniques passed down through the generations. As all our dishes are freshly prepared, our chefs are happy to accommodate any requirements you may have such as omitting certain ingredients or adjusting the spice level to suit your taste.
